Diet no Diet?

So in high school I was a stick! If you were there with me you remember... I could never gain weight no matter how hard I tired! So..NOW!!! at 27 yeah it comes on if I just look at a cookie or icecream!
Currently I am on the Special K diet..
I eat cereal for breakfast and dinner 6 days a week!
100 pack calorie snacks, or carrots and oranges...
No bread! no pasta! and no red meat!!
Meat I can do without...Bread and Pasta are my weakness!!! ughhhhh...
But I am more determined than ever to get this weight off!
Jogging, yoga, and eating right! It will be done! It has to be done!!!


  1. Hi woman! I feel ya! My weight has definitely crept up on me as I have gotten older. I am on a cereal diet too! Breakfast and dinner, I am eating Honey Nut Cheerios. Like the blog, I know I will enjoy following!
